• Order processing

    Orders placed and paid for before 21:00 will be shipped on following business day. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will let you know.

    Any order received and not paid for within 10 days may be cancelled unless you have asked us to hold your order a little longer. Should your order be cancelled, you are welcome to place a fresh order at any time.


    Our door to door courier shipping rates are quoted at checkout. Please ensure you use the correct suburb as rates are calculated based on your location. If your shipping does not calculate and you see a message which reads "Please check you Suburb and Postal Code, we could not find it ", please check that your have entered the correct information.  Should the problem not be resolved, contact us via Whatsapp or email and we will gladly assist you.

    Your order will be delivered by Fastway Couriers. Once your parcel is collected and scanned you will receive an email with the parcel tracking number. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery day or time for your order, but we do track orders to monitor any possible delivery delays.

    We only ship only within the borders of South Africa.
  • Sensory Stuff can only accept payment in South African Rands (ZAR). Products will be dispatched once payment has been cleared into our account.

    We accept payment by :

    Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards and Visa Debit or Credit Cards via the secure Wirecard Payment Gateway

    Direct Electronic Fund Transfers made into our Bank account - Please use your name and your order number as the deposit reference. 

  • We check all our products for quality, prior to dispatch and your products should reach you in good order.

    In the event that any product is defective, broken or damaged at time of receipt, please notify us via email to info@sensorystuff.co.za within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Your product will be replaced or a refund will be offered depending on the nature of the problem.

    Goods may be returned unused and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. The returned goods should have a copy of your invoice. Postage will be for the account of the shopper, and must include insurance to the value of the product/s. Items must be shipped within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

    Should you not be satisfied with your purchase and would like to return items for a refund, a 15 % handling fee will be charged. Your refund will be processed after we have received the goods in good unused order.
