This little Freeball can easily be squeezed even in a child's hand. This ball works well as a small "pocket fidget" for children who settle better in the classroom when offered something to squeeze. Squeezing the Freeball provides good proprioceptive input, which can be most organising. The resisted action of squeezing this little ball can also assist in strengthening hand muscles.
The Gymnic Freeball is also a great little ball for improving on ball skills in children who already have well-developed ball skills. It can be bounced on the floor and will bounce up to a meter high. Throwing and catching skills can be enhanced using this ball, but only for those children who have already developed good ball skills.
Care should be taken with very young children as this tiny ball could be a choking hazard.
