Description
Learning to build jigsaw puzzles can be made really easy for preschoolers if they can build their puzzle onto the puzzle picture. This makes it really easy for the child to match the piece which they are holding, with the exact same piece in the picture on the laminated picture card.
Slowly, they can begin to look for particular pieces as they see what they have already built and figure exactly where each piece fits.
This is one of the smartest ways for children to learn and understand the concept of part-whole as they develop their visuo-spatial perception skills.
