This lime green Training Roll is a most versatile Roller. It has a diameter of 24 cm and is most resilient. It can be used to perform a diversified and wider range of exercises. This particularly versatile tool can be used both lengthwise and vertically and offers several contact and support positions with a varied instability response. It is excellent for "core" strengthening as well as for stretching muscles in various positions. It is suitable for relaxation and for many Yoga positions.
